Our meetings take place from 10.30am until 12.30pm, meeting every week at Spencer Dallington Community Centre, unless otherwise stated.

We ask for a contribution of £4 per session but a range of refreshments are included.
Come along and meet other stroke survivors, their families, carers and friends, where you will be given a warm welcome.
